This is a Friendly Steam Group(for example when we are playing Dayz/Unturned we do not KOS or do banditry actions unless shot at or provoked at). we also tend to talk more on skype or Mumble(if needed to) when playing game's or just socialized, we do talk about what game's we are going to play or whatever come's to mind and jump in from there.
