well i think
when using marked death
+ instant 500 damage when getting headshot
- you will missing 20 health if bodyshot
+ can scope more
- missing 5 health when moving with it and scope every move
+ 14%faster moving on the guy who use it
- cant change weapon if not killed a guy

the stats are okay......and i see there is an scout head right.......can it do somthing when you kill a scout....somthing like get 500 life or somthing else?

Scouts killed will increase moving speed but user starts off slower
If you head shot a scout in mid air you gain double jumps for that life... just a though

Im sorry for necroing, but i just gotta say my idea for stats. how about it giving you movement speed in exchange for headshotting scouts? As for balancing i don,t really know. Killing scouts can be really hard and conditional so the balancing should not be too harsh.
