when using marked death
+ instant 500 damage when getting headshot
- you will missing 20 health if bodyshot
+ can scope more
- missing 5 health when moving with it and scope every move
+ 14%faster moving on the guy who use it
- cant change weapon if not killed a guy

the stats are okay......and i see there is an scout head right.......can it do somthing when you kill a scout....somthing like get 500 life or somthing else?

+50% damage when hitting a Scout
On Scout kill - gains 3 mini-crits
On Scout headshot kill - gains 1 crit

-20% damage on all other classes (crits and mini-crits are not affected)

Im sorry for necroing, but i just gotta say my idea for stats. how about it giving you movement speed in exchange for headshotting scouts? As for balancing i don,t really know. Killing scouts can be really hard and conditional so the balancing should not be too harsh.
