Using the Hospitality mod, i tried sending them away without buying anything and i didnt get spammed that they are leaving. After buying from them, and then sending away, the spam starts up. i didnt give them time to get in the base in either test.
The only known fix now is to use dev mod to delete away the entire visitor group
