Possible Stats?
Pros:
Critical hits light enemies on fire. 2HP every 1/2 second for 8 seconds.
Alt-fire to eat marshmallow to heal 30HP over the time period of 3 seconds.
Marshmallow recharges 20 seconds after use.

Cons:
Stick and marshmallow burns to ash from fire. Regenerates 10 seconds after being burnt. Marshmallow regenerates 5 seconds after stick regenerates.

If lit does crits or mini-crits but after that the marshmallow must regenerate. Critical hits do a stabbing motion. Instead of burning it one can eat it by taunting with it for speed boost (sugar) but once again it must regenerate. Has a damage penalty.

Sounds good
what about mashmello on hit sticks to enemys causing slower fire rate, reloading, and wepin switching
but on hit marshmello is used and has to rengarate pver time

MY VERSION
If you miss atack-you miss mallow,you can deny scout's and engi's pistol,and other small crap
IT WILL DEAL 60 DAMAGE LESS!

What if it eating the marshmallow heals you 25 HP but gives a temporary damage reduction for the weapon itself until the "Marshmallow meter" fills up again?
