How would I talk to sail about that? All I see is crew and missions. I checked my tricoder and there are no resistance changes nor immunities.

Aha! Turns out the regular vanilla ship does not have the modified SAIL which allows me to enable my abilities; there is a way to craft that, correct? I'd imagine so

Edit: Yeah, it turns out disabling and reenabling doesn't work
