So guys, as the title says, i've chosed for not using BYOS in my game, but still, penguin Pete won't upgrade it. I already have 2 crew members, 2 upgrade modules and already finished the erchius mine mission. I even got the notification saying that i was able to upgrade the ship but Pete still just selling his stuff.
