theres an item in the wiki called the Cat's collar T1 and it says you can just craft it in the armory but i cant seem to find it there even with the search function i may be just stupid and might need to find a blueprint or research something but ive researched majority of the armor and weapons tab and still cant find it in the amory/assembly line im sorry if im just being dumb just looking for some help/answers
