Lava: Lava is an easy task, since you basically find an endless lava ocean on at the core of most planets. What I do is to simply build a small platform right above the lava, set a flag to teleport there whenever needed and some pumps. That way I can easily refill on lava every once in a while and collect with the manipulator while the pumps do their business = double output. With a Quantum Manipulator pumps aren't really needed but still a nice extra.
Blood: If you're lucky and run into a blood ocean, blood is an extremely easy feat too and can be collected as above. Otherwise I'd just go and use the liquid mixer and mix whatever blood I have with water until I reach 4499 Blood. Liquid Mix those with a stack of 4499 Water and you get batches of 9998 blood. Do that a couple times, and then all that's left to do is mix the lava and blood to get bloodstones.
Sure, mixing will take a little while, but liquid mixers don't require many materials to build so just build a couple ones and you're good. I don't really consider this route "massive mixing", especially if you manage to find a blood ocean. To me it's a no brainer to choose this route for Plasmic Crystals, but then I also don't mind waiting for the mixers to be done with their job :)
