its not an issue on our side. It's an issue on *your* side from not following the instructions on the main page. FU isn't "breaking" anything.

If you followed the instructions, it is *impossible* for them not to appear on starting planets. They have a 100% appear rate. The only way they would not is :

a) you didnt clear your Universe before starting playing with the mod
b) you have conflicts installed
