I know the Veluu'ish make them in their [c] menu, but that's the only place I've seen them

This doesn't seem to be showing as of late on the crafting menu unless something is required to unlock it? And sorry for the year old thread necro but this is relevant.

Update: you can get the seeds by crafting them in the Crystal Fusion Station, which requires 40 Oceanite Crystal, 10 Rekite Crystal, 10 Glass, and 5 Gold Bar to be built.

After that, the Duskiline Crystal Seeds need 50 Feya Crystal, 5 Feya Crystal Seed, 10 Nhydri Crystal, 15 Liquified Crystal for five a set.
