I CANT TAKE DAMAGE AND CANT REGEN ENERGY

Then stop using conflicting mods or broken mods. This is not an FU issue. Consult the Incompatible Mods listed on the main page first. remove any you have.

second, check the Bugs thread in this forum here and follow the instructions for submitting a log if the first step does not solve your issue.

I NO HAVE ANY MOD, only FU

You have FU-races? they integrated races in and if you have both it causes conflicts, like your exact glitch, happened to me.

yet nobody bothered to follow the instructions in the Bug thread. Until I see a log, nobody can help. Please use the correct thread.
