So this is entirely my fault, but i found some sweet loot in a chest(and had to get out of my mech) so i wasnt paying attention because i was trying to decide what to keep because my inventory was full. I left the mech there. Naturally I"d go back there except it was a challenge room, and the door disappeared :(
