Don't think it's the map, as I have the same issue on The Island. Only on death do I see the HardcoreNotice and no changes to XP nor is there the XP buff. And that if BH+ is the only mod or if it's first in the load order. If it's not first, you don't even see the HardcoreNotice.

Have you added the configuration section to the GameUserSettings.ini and restarted the server?
I have just tested it again and it works with me...

Regarding the new map (can't see why anyone would actually play that - it is not balanced, no thought was put into resource placement and it has such a poor level of detail) I wonder how mods work with it anyway. All non-level mods have an override to load TheIsland on launch. Can't see how this works with other maps ;)

And the server has been restarted many times. Also have tried a clean (new) map. I should note that I'm using TheIsland. Have yet to try it on TheCenter.

Edit: Just now tried it in single player, the xp loss and engram reset works fine. But currently under the xp buff (veteran level) I'm not gaining any xp at all. Locked at zero for some reson.

Also tried BH+ with ACM https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=558079412 with BH+ loaded first and it does not work. (Tried loading it second and still wouldn't work.)

Will edit post when the buff wears off to see if I can gain xp again.

ok, Last edit here: Just calculated the buff time (was set to defaults) and looks like it won't wear off for well over five hours. I don't intend to wait that long in single player. Will shorten the timer and try this another time.

If you dont receive any experience, that means the XP multiplier loaded from the configuration file is 0. I tested that case as well to see if it worked. It did :)
I just tested it again and it works as intended (singleplayer and dedicated). I had symptoms like that when I did not quit the editor/game befor editing the ini files...

We will retry, but we did as instructed. GameUserSettings.ini changed and restarted the server multiple time. The mod was loaded. and is messsage was popping but for some reason the experience did not reset. We made sure we didn't make a mistake in the GameUserSettings.ini setting.

For the Center map, we like it so far. Iron is easy to come-by, but it not a bad thing for the weaker tribe.

The XP Multiplier was set to 3.0, so... not sure what could be causing that particular issue.
