Yes. It's partially already there, but a pretty hard to use version. I plan on rewriting the zombie base to be easier to add, then make it possible to design your own "wave presets" that let you define what NPCs spawn when.

do you know any config that have custom npcs if there are any

Nope, not myself. Plan is to support them and let it be up to the community to add them (where others can then use them, and if you load a config with a non-existant one, you can replace it with the mismatch system)

And another one question: will you add some teleporters and other stuff? (like craftable weapons, ect)
