Open the console?
How in everything that is holy.... do I open the console??

I have tried:
~
Ctrl + ~
Shift + ~
Alt + ~
Ctrl + Shift + ~
Ctrl + Ant + ~
Shift + Alt + ~
Ctrl + Shift + Alt + ~

Still no console.... so I can't make the /hemut message come up.

Google has also been less than helpful getting this issue solved for me.
Please help.

I had the same issue; first enable the mod by selecting “Load Game”, select your game, hit “Mods”, then enable your mod. Enter and then instead of bothering with the console, just say using normal talk. (Enter by default, I think.) Typing in-chat “/helmet” as instructed worked for me.

I didn't say console, anywhere, since the game doesn't have one :} the commands are for the chat, hence the "/" prefix.

so if there's no console why is there a console keybind?
I've unbound it so it doesn't really matter, I guess.

It's probably planned, but the game does not have one right now :P

ok, so I was typing /helmut instead of /helmet xD

Thanks man, and yes, the keybinding key was very much NOT helpful. haha


Let me now disappear to go and learn how to spell.
