having same issue, also played before trying the mod and then downloaded the mod still doesnt work.

is there any solution to this? i came back to play this after several years and it just doesn't work anymore, even though i see it's been updated in november.

I had the General Error as well. But I followed firestorms advise and launched the game with NO mods first. then I tried it with the mod. Thank you Firestorm!

Have a good evening, I encountered such an error, but a solution was found:

1) when installing the mod and starting the launcher for the first time, let it load for a couple of minutes and it hangs, do not shut down the launcher, wait and after that everything worked.

2) if it doesn't help,delete the folder in my documents with the game, cancel the subscription ,restart the system and install the mod again.

have tried all these fixes and its still not launching
