So I think the low fighter cap (6) at the beginning is preventing me from getting past this and I can't seem to research anything or even build a research center so I can't increase it like I can in player vs cpu, and then there's the radiation that prevents me from leaving my interceptors out of the carrier for some time, and then the carrier explodes and I have no idea how to get past this.
