The way it works, you first need to use /ng align station to toggle the feature for yourself (client-only setting, not saved either, so you'll need to use the command each time you reload or rejoin... if you forget it, just type /ng and it's listed there).
Next just place a new station in a gravity field, it will be rotated after you place it as I can't rotate the ghost itself.
Try it out and let me know if you find any issues :P
Unfortunately I did some testing and there is what I found out,
only visual is affected, strangely neither collision nor "Grid" is changed
