is it possible to add compatibility with medieval overhaul/other medieval mods? idk about specific quest structure mods, but that would be amazing for medieval traveler playthroughs

- An XML field where is possible ad a list of world object / landmark that can spawn (to give use some customization, and may be so we can make patch mod for allow other contents 😁)
