Bug Reports
I wont fix an issue unless i get a detailed report.

Terraform ? If yes, to what planet class?

Arcology ? If yes, Relic or Ecu?

What features were effected?

Any mods that may effect the Vanilla deposits?

Sorry, I hadn’t seen the Bug Reports channel before.
I was terraforming an Arid world (I also tried with an Ocean world and it didn’t work either) into a Machine World. The affected features were the Shroud-Touched Region and the Portal Research Area.
The only mods I have enabled are General Fixes and Feature Preserver.

Check load order, is Feature Preserver beneath General Fixes?

They’re in the correct load order. I also tested it the other way around just in case. I even added Gigastructural Engineering to see if the mods weren’t loading properly for some reason, and it loaded without issues. To test it using the console, I added an Odd Factory, a Dust Caverns, and a Portal Research Area. Then I terraformed the planet into a Machine World, and only the Dust Caverns were preserved correctly.

Ill investigate tommorow, when i get some time. Although i pushed an update today which fixed some things
