Mod integration requests
Suggest mods you'd like to see integrated.
Mods with traits that should adjust personalities are the ones you should look for.

Please help me by specifying which part of the mod you think should be integrated!
Example 1
Mod: Way Better Romance
Integration: Faithful and Philanderer traits should affect loyalty.

Example2
Mod: VanillaAnomalyExpanded-Insanity
Integration: VAE uses Chitchat and Deeptalk to boost sanity, but Rimpsyche overrides them. Could you make Rimpsyche's Smalltalk and Conversation work like Chitchat and Deeptalk?

Why?
In most cases, the mods you're requesting are ones I don't personally use, so I’m not always familiar with their content. To make the integration work, I have to go through the mod, read all the descriptions, and figure out how it can interact with my mod.
This can be time-consuming, and I’d rather spend that time fixing bugs or adding new features.

More importantly, since I’m not a user of the mod, I may not fully understand its theme or functionality, which can lead to mistakes or misinterpretations.
So, please be as specific as possible about what you’d like to see integrated.

But I don't want to...
If you just drop the mod link, that’s totally fine. I’ll still find time to work on it. However, keep in mind that the priority of that integration will be lower than other tasks.

Priorities
  1. Fixing bugs
  2. Feature implementation, Mod integration (with specification)
  3. Performance improvement, Balance patching
  4. Refactoring UI
  5. Mod integration (without specification)

There're a quite a handful of traits there. The ones I think should have any bearing on pawn personality are:
  • absent-minded
  • perfectionist
  • coward
  • brave
  • neat
  • slob
  • workaholic
  • rebel
  • submissive
  • vengeful
  • fun-loving
  • dunce
  • snob
  • eccentric
  • anxious
  • prude
  • couch potato
  • prodigy
  • mad surgeon
  • kepltomaniac
  • stoner
  • lush
  • wanderlust
  • worled weary
  • desensitized
  • refined palate
  • academian
  • Tycoon

Do you think there are others that should affect personality? If not I'll just add support for these.

It would be interesting if it could be complemented with the 'EchoColony' mod, which allows for conversations with the characters themselves. If both mods were combined, each protagonist would express themselves based on the unique personality your mod offers.

I also feel like the traits Animal Lover, Animal Hater, and Insatiable would influence a pawn's personality - animal lover/hater maybe in terms of compassion and insatiable in terms of inconsistency. Its also not mentioned on its mod page, but there's another trait called Schizoid that only allows for pawns to have extreme mental breaks that seems like it would affect personality as well.

I'd rather not assign Animal lover and Animal hater compassion, as that seems to be compassion towards specific type, not general capacity for compassion. (We could have animal lover who's also bloodlust.)
As for insatiable, reading the description makes me think it should be handled in sexuality module with higher sexdrive.
Thanks for letting me know about Schizoid. I'll try to think of an appropriate personality to link them to.

I think this integration request should go onto EchoColony side. RimPsyche can offer data to construct prompt from, but actually processing that data and managing prompt pipeline should be handled on EchoColony. RimPsyche data should be easily accessible from them, and they can integrate that data into their pipeline.

However, I'm not sure how depraved should differ from psychopath in terms of personality node.
I still have to work on Vanilla traits expanded first. Then I'll start working on these.

Well... There's the trait that makes the pawn an "enjoyer" of "not so consensual lovin". (I don't imagine I'm allowed to say it on the workshop lmao) Other than that, I don't recall there being anything else. I look forward to seeing what you decide to do for the romance/sexuality module, as RJW doesn't really touch romance. Just "lovin". I do know what RJW has added support for sexuality mods in the past, and also support for just using the in-game trait-based sexualities. Whether you want to go ahead and add it on your end first, or wait for them to add compatibility is up to you!

I'll look into the trait mods. As for Vanilla Social Interaction Expanded, I thought they didn't add any trait. Do you have a particular integration in mind?

I think that integration should go into Disposition module, as that module is where any game play change goes in. I'll look into it again when I release disposition.
