Issue: Items flagged by Research Reinvented (RR) as 'prototype' are not shown in the Nice Bills menu, but are shown when switching to the standard bills menu. Further, when the bill is added to queue via default menu,, it does not show in Nice Bills.
Expected: Recipes created by RR and flagged with 'prototype' show in the Nice Bills menu. They are also properly labelled as 'prototype' in a manner that's consistent with the RR UI.
Steps to reproduce: Have Nice Bills, Research Reinvented, and dependencies installed. Begin research on a technology* until it unlocks prototyping (default for most research settings is 30%). Look in the respective crafting building to observe the difference in menus.
* - The technology must yield a recipe craftable in a building.
