To load the map make sure you're subscribed to the download, then open the developer console and type: "map workshop/3474587494"

It Happens On Most Maps Even On Valve Maps They Will Move To A Spot And Just Stand There.

When you use teleporter that was placed crookedly on the tank then your POV will glitch out and be crooked just the way teleporter was placed. It will turn to normal when you die.

I have a screenshot of that but unfortunately I have no idea how to post it here

You should be able to upload screenshots to your profile and post a link to them here like the users above did. If possible please include a screenshot of the payload's location when the teleporter was built.
