Citadel

From the creators of Odyssey and Phoenix, brace yourself to storm the beaches of Citadel;
the first Payload map to support the construction of mobile Sentry Guns, Dispensers, and Teleporters on a moving vehicle. BLU must use the unique features of their state of the art Payload Tank to assault the vast and heavily fortified island stronghold where RED has taken up residence.



While the tank provides significantly greater cover and offensive capabilities than a standard cart, these advantages far from guarantee BLU’s victory, as the long winding climb to the top of the island features a litany of towers, gates, ramparts, and other powerful defensive positions for RED to take advantage of.



The locals fled this picturesque coastal village after a sudden influx of violent thunderstorms, which mysteriously coincided with the acquisition of the historic hilltop citadel by TF industries and the subsequent construction of an enormous lightning rod on its roof. Faced with the daunting task of capturing the fortress and destroying the device, BLU engineers have invented the most cutting edge cart-based bomb pushing technology ever devised.
