Issues

Common Fixes

Before commenting on your issue please try these steps first:

1. Reinstall BattleBeats (yes this can sometimes solve problems)
2. Disable all other addons, leaving only BattleBeats and your packs (this often fixes loading issues)
3. (Optional) Switch to the x86_64 version of the game


If possible PLEASE report your issue on the BattleBeats Github[github.com] page


Reporting an Issue

Provide as much information about your issue as possible, e.g Lua errors (if any) and steps to reproduce the problem. The more detailed your report, the higher the chance I can identify and fix the issue

addon doesnt work well with lower screen resolutions
when my friend were trying to get rid of the notification pop up he had troubles with closing it because it doesnt stretch fullscreen

What do you mean by “closing notification popup”? And is the rest of the UI working fine?

For some reason this pack from Action Music

doesn't work with Battle Beats. Is it because all the tracks in it are technically suspense tracks?

Yes suspense tracks are skipped for now because they dont fit into either ambient or combat (it depends on the pack). I will add them back if i figure something out

Alright you can now enable "Load AM suspense tracks" in the battlebeats options (its in the misc tab)
