Installed mods - EK2 (for 15.0.02 version), you mod.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start as female character
2) go to portrait edit menu
3) scroll through headgear options - some of them will be named "PORTRAIT_MODIFIER_custom_headgear_female..."
4) On selection, portrait item is not shown.
That happens if mod is lower in order than EK2.
If its higher - it severly limits all factions men-at-arms to only unique ones (no basic archers, spearmen etc)
I think I've managed to fix the "PORTRAIT_MODIFIER_custom_headgear_female..." problem and will put out an update tomorrow (hopefully).
Can you please (pretty please) update it on nexus too? Im not on steam with that game and they blocked way to get mod.
If its a hustle for you, I can fix files myself if you, say, give a commit link with changes or share it any other easy for you way.
If they don't have the traits then they are probably taking the "Seek the Blight" decision to trying to get the divine disease. Is this at the end of your load order?
In addition above it for all the sub-decisions, I'm getting
Line 17 being
It looks like for some reason it isnt getting the trait "tov_incarnate" and is reading it as null.
Some context: I have a nordic-nedic custom faith with azura as my patreon. Capital is in mournhold. I am the top liege for the High Kingdom of Morrowind. Dagoth Ur has not spawned in yet. My character is travelling.

As im finishing formatting this, i tried moving the mod lower in the load order bellow "ULTIMATE ELDER KINGS" and that fixed it. I wonder if that mod somehow overrides the trait. But posting anyways in-case others have the same issue.
2. is it intended for Dagoth Ur to use the decision that giives the "Posessed by Heart" trait and 15K piety after obtaining the tools?
3. I think it was reported multiple times, but if your capital is occupied, and you're playing as Dagoth, you can literally storm it and sever your connection to the Heart.
there was also that one time when I got to execute the ALMSIVI without putting Vivec on trial through the decision, and so I didn't get the zealous trait. I remember that I gave out the city needed to perform this, and something fired automatically, but that's about it and I ain't restarting until I conquer the map yet again XD
2. That's right, it's specifically meant for Dagoth Ur. The trait you get is actually secretly different in that it unlocks the features of "Shards" if you have that mod installed too (otherwise the decision is mostly there to help speed up your other options after acquiring the tools).
3. Must have missed that getting reported, fixed now.
It sounds like your vassal did the work for you. Perhaps in the "news" event that follows I should specify the character who did the banishing. btw If you keep hold of the city yourself you should get the option to actually stop the meteor falling.
