Oh I see now what you mean

You have to opt-in by right clicking Project Zomboid in your steam library > click properties > Betas > Choose the Unstable version

If you prefer to keep playing on B41 then you can download my B41 version of the bike mod instead: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3502018012
