Hey guys, I have a tiny update.

I just made a few small changes. The dynamic prices for truck garages have been rounded to $1,000 minus $1 to make them seem more commonplace. I've reduced the discount for fueling at my own gas stations to the highest VAT rate in the US (9.55% in Tennessee and Louisiana). I found the previously used value of 20% to be ridiculously high.
