Adds the Librarian class, which focuses on random recruitment and events.

This is a difficult class to play and will probably require a few attempts before understanding how some of its many pieces fit together. Even then, it can be heavily RNG dependent, and in true CoE fashion you'll struggle through no fault of your own.

Due to the randomness factor it's difficult for me to judge the health of the class. Your opinions, playthroughs, recommendations, and bug reports are quite welcome.
