I have tested your mod and it seems like your mod doesn't actually use Script MultiLoader.
This is how you can make it work with Script MultiLoader:
1. Delete skill_manifest.cfg from your mod (This causes conflict with Script MultiLoader.)
2. Create new folder named "custom_scripts" inside "cfg" folder.
3. Move infiniteammo.cfg to the new folder and rename it to 266.cfg.
4. Update your mod.
5. Unsubscribe from your addon and resubscribe again to update downloaded files.
And done. It will now load with other scripts.

Apologies, I hadn't uploaded the addon with the multi_script in mind. I can make the quick change though so it can work.

I've tested your mod and yes it's not working.
I then tested your mod files which are located here:
C:\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\220\3368126734
It looks there's vpk files already inside vpk files.
Something went wrong during uploading process.
You need to set a folder with raw files because it will already pack them into vpk automatically during uploading process.
