Stunstick Enabler

Allows the player to pick up and use the stunstick as a weapon. Damage has been changed to 30 to account for the slow swing speed.

Uses slot 513.

marking this as unlisted as valve has not fixed the convar this runs to prevent crashes and i am tired of getting comments about it
this addon literally just runs *a single command*, i'm not putting the effort in to editing the maps to try and fix whatevers crashing
