Resistance to Fire and Ice, but weakness to Electric (major) and Nuke (less so)
Idk what the resistances are yet so maybe you'd done this already
Possible ideas:
Surf (Probably just The Dash tech but with a hitbox or no Energy consumption idk)
Plausible but difficult ideas
Aqua Ring (When interacting with Water it works like Healing Water, and Healing Water gives you full on regen)
Water Pulse
That Frackin gun that shoots a bunch of rainbow rings in the Pristilite section?
Copy it, make it craftable from the main crafting menu, change the recipe, make it Ice damage (Maybe the Damage type indicator could be changed but that might be a pain) and make it much lower fire but MUCH more power
