patch for Vaporeon race for FU and its BYOS

i've added some stats, i'm kinda new to that, so... tell me what you guys think, should i keep it, change it, or revert back to no stats at all?

Fair enough lol. I use a mod that unintentionally adds a mildly time consuming infinite money glitch into the game and buy fuel

The low Electric resistance is going to hurt, but... it looks pretty fun past that.

...Wait you guys actually go to Ocean planets for anything other than sand...?
Tbf I guess I'd go to Tidewater planets or Nitrogen Seas on top of Artic oceans or whatever, but... very uncommon choice for health, energy/regen, and Defense boost lol, it's probably where you bring someone to pvp but not really that good past that

Better idea, after the meme add a slide showing those stats lol
