Cars blocking the streets
I noticed that in your Bandits mod after a while alive cars start to appear blocking the streets. The problem is that these cars always have a full gas tank, which hinders the game for people who like to play with scarcer resources to increase the game's difficulty. Is it possible to fix this problem?

presently the only option is to disable the car spawning entirely
