It limits the world to a certain tech level, but you'll need to tweek it as it can be kind of janky with additional modded techs, items, factions etc.

little warning on the side, some vanilla research you wouldnt expect will be hidden if you limit yourself to medieval tech level. like drug production.
Ya but its got a lot of flaws that need fixed. I'm using Medieval Overhaul (1.5 version), which was supposed to work with Rimedieval, but sadly they seem to counteract one another. I am hopeful that those issues get fixed because I do like them both.
