I don't have CK3 installed on my computer right now. But, if you subscribe to this CK3 mod, I believe you can find the text file in steamapps\workshop\content\1158310. The file that you are looking for is "ProperBalticNames\common\culture\name_lists\00_baltic.txt".

In the CK3 version, cadet dynasties are separate from parent dynasties, so I guess you'd have to combine both lists for each culture when copying them into the CK2 file.
