Yeah even when using the "most" consolidation game rule my game still falls to a snails pace. Whatever the vic 3 devs did to the game has totally busted this mod and I don't know if the modders can really fix it

I think it might be due to a portrait graphics glitch- take a look at the portraits of IG leaders in your outliner, for me they're like constantly changing position it's weird
