Normal - No ideas.
Volt - EMP-punch for drones/devices?
Thermal - No ideas.
> Currently the pistol specials don't use charges, but the rifle ones do. That seems to make sense to me, for balancing reasons. I need to update the image for the Dart Rifle IV, as it now uses a charge, for balancing reasons against Akuma Drones. I plan for the multi-target to cost 1 PWR per target but just 1 attack point. I felt that was pretty good for the economy of action it provides. I should probably integrate that gun with Wodzu's FL's weapon modes so that players can tag on overwatch with it, when desired.
@Wonderlarr: "As far as the heartbeat monitor goes, it could be neat to have it only detect living units, as drones wouldn't have heartbeats. If you wanna make it extra useful, having it be a throwable that guards can't detect could work, almost like a Sankaku Sound Bug but for us!"
> I guess the heartbeat monitor could be a shootable item, similar to Valkyrie's camera canister. Maybe 3 charges per mission, non-retrievable, hides in cover, guards are alerted when discovering it. Since it does not grant vision, I might give it a decent radius. I see no problem with revealing drones, as I see no stretch for a device that is sensitive enough to detect heartbeats from a distance to also detect electrical currents from nearly drones.
