Free Aksha quest broken
Switch broken - does not open door to her tomb. If you detect secret door & open anyway then kill Aksha, she does not drop Aksha's Broach. But somehow I ended up with Aksha's Broach anyway but Lief does not recognise

If Aksha was killed elsewhere in the castle, she will return to her tomb and the door will be closed and the button disabled. I wanted the door closed to make it appear she actually fled back to her tomb. Then I was stuck with how to prevent her from being killed again, since she is part of the end scene...thus I disabled the button.

If Aksha was not encountered elsewhere in the castle, the tomb will be open and empty.

Right - I guess the takeaway here then is that with a high enough skill, you can detect the secret door & open the tomb anyway, without the button
