So I have this little problem, it may be a bug on my end but lets see.
I hope this is the right place to ask this question.

Im doing a reformer playthrough and want to core a state [It happens in any state but lets take Nixon as an example].
When looking at the option "Connect to Grid" in the state overview I see that everything is ticked of except "Police force installed".
My question now would be, what is this "Police force", when looking at the base game "Police force" is one of the compliance stages. But this stage would be reached at 25% and I already have the >90% nonetheless needed to core (As set by "Connect to Grid").
So is this a bug or do I have to do something else to get "Police force installed"?

Found the answer myself:
-> Go to "Decisions"
-> Under the tab "Nation Building"
-> There is the option to "Install Police Forces"
