Added "Vault Tec" Nation Flag so you can actually access the Vault Tec Vaults

Updated the mod to most recent version because looking at the yellow triangle is a cognito hazard that will make you sterile

Gas Mask Infantry Model not being present. Apologies.

ADDED
Added ERB tag to the Vault-Tec Calling. This is for USA Reformers as the Purist have their own system and Nevada will need their own system as well. These events are base OWB events, and some, like the Boomers, may be odd. I'll have to go in and make a more dynamic system in the future and add in my own events from the Purists, but this is a good start for folks.

To access it as the Sierra Enclave, you will need to complete scavenging the Vaults in the Focus Tree.

Removed some duplicate GFX model files that were causing errors

Updated the Mod to ONLY be the most recent version of the Game. I literally changed a number in the MOD file, nothing else.

I do not have an answer when and how the new systems HOI4 just put out will be implemmented. Likely the Faction system will be utilized by Nevada and the Purists for sure, USA Pending.

Doctrines are a OWB thing, not a me thing. Once OWB finalizes what they are doing, I'll adjust accordingly. Depending on how intuitive the system is, I might work on it for my own ends, I might not. No promises.

This is NOT the Jefferson Update, this is NOT a major Update.

I literally changed a 16 to a 17 and called it a night.

Removed another AI Image that was brought to my attention. Colonel Stevens picture. It has been edited to not have a AI Generated X-01 Power Armor.

Fixed two events that were broken that Foxy brought to my attention.

Fixed my Hidden Ideas File that Foxy brought to my attention was broken.

This should be it. This wont break saves. Might actually improve them.

Minor update today. JUST A MINOR UPDATE!! Not the big one! This is just updating to the most recent HOI4 version and making some adjustments that I was made aware of.


Fixed:
Generic DC Overflight Event accidentally annexing all of Mexico
Vast errors in the Division Name List (Thanks, Pilgrim)
Added some checks to the Decision checks that I hope will alleviate some crashes from the Bug Report, creating an integer overflow
Localization and visibility trigger with Texas in Nevada
Broken Decision with “Last Line of Defense” event since I removed Mobile Fortresses


Added:
Ranger Chauncy to NCR Leader Events
Added Damocles Device Loading Screen
20 More Artillery Names. We’re up to 350 now!


Changed:
“Better Call Sal” focus now requires you to own New Reno Outskirts
“Prepare Expansion” in the Reform Tree now requires “The Enclave Police” and “The First Brick” Focuses to be completed

Integrated:
Pilgrims OWB ERX Hayes' Impact Mod (Because it answers a lot of what I needed fixed. Thank you again, Pilgrim)
Pilgrims OWB ERX Ship and Unit Names Mod (Now there's more variety in how you want your ships named)

I may integrate more of Pilgrims mods in the future as some of his stuff (like Black Mountain) is far superior to mine. But for now, it's just those two.

Replaced:
A lot of AI art that I had been using. Some I was aware of, some I was unaware of. Replaced with much better art pulled from Open Source or created by humans.
AI Art replaced is as follows:

An AI Image of a Fisherman catching a mutant fish-thing. I knew it was AI, but I never used it. Now replaced with an image from Fo76
AI Scale and Gavel, which I was unaware was AI until Vault pointed it out. Thanks Vault
AI art of the car convoy from the Calhoun Commission, which I was unaware was AI until Vault pointed it out. Thanks, Vault. The current one is FAR more Fallout.
Several AI art pictures of Wasteland Pirate Ships, which I knew were AI but were made before AI became the nightmare it is now. Replaced with images from the 1995 Film Waterworld.
AI Image of Norfolk Naval Base, which I’m not sure is AI, but looks AI, so it’s been replaced with an image of a battleship from Fallout Hawaii. Tooltip added to all events using that image.
A handful of Enclave Ace Portraits that I had completely forgotten were AI-generated back before AI became a problem. All images are sourced from Fo76 or from OWB itself, with some light modifications
AI Image of Callahan, which I was aware was AI, was replaced by the version from Nuclear Forrest.

DISCLAIMER
AI Art that remains is the Flesh Forrest Images of Oregon. In the future, however, I will commission a Horror artist. Right now, I’m still paying off Herckeim for two pieces costing $1050. There’s also the S’Lanter Image, but that’s part of the $1050 mentioned prior.

The rockets that I have gotten well-deserved criticism for have not been implemented. Might ask Gloomy about them in the future when he’s not busy or just get someone to actually draw them.
