Unable to core states
Am i missing something? I haven't been able to core almost anything. Only thing that cored was yakuza and another raider state through focus, also the civil war militia units that you could spawn in the NCR those states were cored. Was there a focus that i missed or maybe a building i should build? I definitely missed something the entire nation is either 100% rebel or getting there

Purify you cant core, Reformer you need to get a focus or build some energy grid i believe. Could be wrong

No, youre right.

Purists dont core, but they have options to core in everything but name to get resources.

Reformers use the Power Grid
