5) It's a legitimate edge case, though. 99% of the time, the Legion doesn't even come close to capturing the Mojave - in my case, the Brotherhood somehow managed to annex the Territories, then promptly got overrun by the Legion a few years later.

6) Still, you'd think the 2-year truce and the 'Legion Marches' events would stop them from justifying/declaring on the player or any of their puppets. Worth a revisit?

I've continued playing on this test save and have a few more bits of feedback, if you'd like to hear them.

If it's before you take the NCR, the NCR is going to notice and come after you. If it's after, you're whole economy and practically all of the West Coast in ruin and Caesar is going to see this and commit his stronger force. Only in Nevada path can you really pull that off as you have the NCR backing you up, or at the very least aren't at risk of getting attacked by the NCR. Thus you can commit more forces to the Mojave. USA path however you are never in a position of strength where Caesar is going to concede territory. ESPECIALLY int he Mojave Meat Grinder.

6. You go to war with the Army and Economy you have, not the one you want. Sure it's HOI4 being HOI4 but Caesar sitting on his ass and twiddling his thumbs while you build the Death Ball that is the US Army is, quite frankly, absurd. I've decided since I'm revamping the NCR Resistance to keep the truce, but him justifying and delcaring war is very much in keeping what Caesar would do, in fact it's kinda unrealistic he even allows the Sierra Enclave to hold on as long as he does.
