Annex New Vegas or make Puppet out of it? (Focus)
wich of these two is better? do you get something if you make new vegas a federal state or is it better to just annex it and rename it las vegas?

As I understand federal state better for full reform, and annex better for autoritarian way

In description it says that you would have house as advisor, but i dont check because I play as autoritarian))

well i did get a modefier called "the house always wins" (-4.0% consumer goods) but no advisor

It now annexes into the nation after a while when you puppet it.

As for the name, well, I'm not as pedantic on name changes as some folks.

As for the advisor bit, I'm not sure how I feel about that anymore but I don't remember him being an advisor.
