Which Nations are enclave?
Hello I'n new to old world blues, and this mod. The mod page, and the popup in game don't seem to include basic information to understand what the mod does: which nations count as enclave nations? is it just 'Enclave' beside New Reno?

Yes.

The Enclave beside New Reno is the ONLY faction this mod has content for.

Since you're also new, gonna let you know, the initial focus tree get's bigger. Trust me.
