How to save shi as enclave
Is there a way to stop the ncr from destroying shi in all my games they are wiped out

Not unless you declare war first.

If you're gunning for tge F85, it's not worth it

Air Force Academy in Colorado. Trust me, the F85 is a Surens call, its stats do not outweigh its production cost and will actively knee cap you fighting the Legion.

@Archaon the Everchosen You could always release them and get the tech that way.
Worked for me.
