tips on playing enclave
I am starting my third game as reformed enclave on my second play through I got about half way against the ncr until their air power grinded my assault (they bombed my factories) to a halt any opening moves should take should i rush taking all tribe and vault city or should i focus on making jets any help would be appreciated

ncr will receive about 500-1000 airplanes by event. Only one way to protect the army is to add in all units AA support

Build Static AA, give AA Support, and build an Air Force.

taking vault city should be done first. They have a handful of factories that you can take

Thanks all i finally managed to defeat the ncr with sigma team and AA i didn't know the grey missle launcher was AA i was using the heavy AA trucks just one last question is the CAS vertibird better then the jetbombers

Heavy AA is better than the MANPAD, but costs more. Also it's blue, you might be color blind.

Vertibirds are better, but have a very high production cost. So be aware of that as you might not have the industry to support it.

And also you might not have tech for vertibird when it's time to attack ncr
