Manpower bug?!
After a certain amount of time, the manpower starts to be consumed at a rate of around 3x -15% something. Dedicated Mechanics: -15% Improved Manufacturing: -15% Peak Efficiency: -15% Unfortunately, this makes it unplayable. However, it is the best game mod I've played recently. Any faction I've played with starts experiencing this after a certain time.
