Research civil electrical network
Hello, I have a small problem in my game where I play the purist enclave, I can not nationalize my territories because I need the technology, civil electrical network that I find nowhere in the technology tree and I can not find national priorities that allow to give it, so is it a bug or is it normal?

purists can nationalize some provinces only by focuses

@Tchelodine No, it's only through specific focuses in the focus tree.

Whar do you mean concentrate?
you mean boost compliance to 100?
No, enclave have special nationalize way (not like factions from vanilla OWB)

But still you can complete focus "law of order" and choose peacekeeping department. and choose peacekeeping occupation This will allow psevdo-core all states (you will have 150-200% of factories and resources, but without recruits)

yeah well I'll see what I'm going to do, but otherwise there's no way to nationalize the territories with the purist enclave

OK, but it's still a shame, because then to nationalize the territory and then have manpower it's not very effective, anyway, thanks anyway

You're not supposed to have manpower as purist.

You get buffs to bots and a menagerie of monsters instead.
